Gifted Pottery.com accepts Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, American Express® and Paypal®. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement while they are being processed. Once shipped, they can no longer be canceled.
Orders will generally be processed within 1-2 business days. Shipments will take approximately 3 – 8 business days depending on your distance from our location in Florida.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses and we unable to ship to HI and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
GiftedPottery.com charges a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 per item to cover shipping, handling and packing materials, orders over $99.99 ship free. We generally use Fedex or USPS Parcel Post as our preferred carrier services, although depending on your location we may choose another carrier. Most packages will be shipped using Standard Ground and will be delivered in 3 to 8 business days. Occasionally due to weather there may be unavoidable slight delays.
We also offer expedited 2-3 Bus. Day Priority Mail shipping for orders within the continental United States for an additional charge per shipping address. Orders placed via the website or via phone Monday-Thursday by 10 AM EST will be delivered in 1-3 business days (after processing time). Expedited orders placed after 10 AM MST and expedited orders placed Friday through Sunday may take 1-2 additional business days to arrive. We do not offer Fedex Next Day or 2nd Day Services, due to very high expense.
There will be an additional fee applied to orders where:
1. Customers have provided the incorrect address and the package is returned as undeliverable or has resulted in a surcharge from the carrier. Typical errors could include but are not limited to invalid or incomplete address information; incorrect zip code, incorrect state, typographical errors or transposed digits.
2. A move or sudden change of address results in the refusal or non-delivery of an order.
The fee will consist of a $5 handling charge plus any applicable costs related to re-routing, forwarding or redelivering the package.
Refused, Unclaimed and Returned Shipments
A $25 fee per package will be assessed for all refused shipments. The customer will also be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.
A $10 fee per package will be assessed for all shipments that are re-routed or returned by the carrier. This fee is separate from the re-shipping fee, which is required before packages can be re-shipped.
100% Satisfaction Returns Policy
At Gifted Pottery®, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return an item for a refund within 30 days.
Refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you receive your order. You must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number during this 30-day period to qualify for a refund. To request an RMA number, please email us at Giftedpottery@gmail.com. providing us with the order number (which appears on your packing list), the name or Product ID of the product(s) that you would like to return, your name and email address, and the reason for the return (please provide as much detail as possible). You will receive a response with your RMA Number and any special return instructions, typically within one business day. If your return is in any way a result of an error by Gifted Pottery®, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and will refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product being returned.
If the return is not the result of an error by Gifted Pottery®, you will be responsible for all shipping and any gift wrap costs incurred for the order and all costs associated with returning the item. Please send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive in their original condition. IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way.
No refunds will be available after the 30-day returns period has expired.
Returning a Gift
If you have received a gift from Gifted Pottery® and would like to return it, you may do so by requesting an RMA number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org during the 30-day period following the original delivery date of the order. Please be sure to include your order number (which appears on the packing list if available), the name or Product ID of the product(s) that you would like to return, your name and email address, and the reason for the return (please provide as much detail as possible). You will receive a response with your RMA Number and any special return instructions, typically within one business day. As soon as the return is received, we will issue you a Store Credit for the amount of the original order, less shipping charges, so that you may make a new selection from any of the offerings on the website. The person who sent you the gift will not be notified of your return request.
Promotion Codes on Returned Orders
If you have used a promotion code on an order and then return all parts of that order as a result of an error on Gifted Pottery®'s part, we will issue you a new promotion code for a future purchase on the site. If the return did not result from an error by Gifted Pottery®, you will be unable to re-use the original promotion code.
Issuing a Credit
If you purchased by credit card or Paypal, your account will be credited for the full applicable amount within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
If you are interested in exchanging one item for another, you will need to return the unwanted item and submit a new order for the product you would like to purchase.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way.
Gifted Pottery® is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned without an RMA.
No refunds or returns on gift certificates.
Make certain to use the original packaging when returning an item to ensure that it arrives in the same condition in which it was received.
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Gifted Pottery® reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
Please note that gift wrap charges are not refundable.
Step-by-Step Return Instructions
1. Request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For fastest service, please submit your RMA request via email.
2. RMA Number and return instructions will be provided.
3. Be certain to include your RMA number inside each package being returned, as well as a copy of the original Gifted Pottery® packing list. If you are responsible for return shipping costs, please use a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail) to ensure that all items are received in good order.
4. Issuance of credit
Within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued for the applicable amount using the same form of payment originally used for the order (except where other arrangements have been made, as in the case of gift orders). If you would like to order another item in place of the returned product, please submit a completely new order.
Non-Receipt of Orders
Be sure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order. Gifted Pottery® is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. If you have not received your order and would like to check the status, please contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com (please include your order number and email address, and verify the correct mailing address). We will check our records to determine when your order was processed and shipped. Please note that any claims related to non-receipt of merchandise must be made within 15 days of the shipment date or within 7 days of the delivery date reported by the carrier (where applicable), whichever came first.
Damaged/Incorrect Products or Incomplete Orders
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing, please notify us immediately. The best way to report any problem with your order is to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free at 1-877-599-8563 or 941-237-0404. In your message, please include your name, order number, and email address, and provide as much detail as possible about the problem.
We will be happy to replace any damaged items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs. Similarly, if you should receive a product other than the one you ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge or a full refund (including shipping costs) will be issued. Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.
